Hi, I’m Sarah Gillespie.
I’m a holistic nutritionist, exercise physiologist, healthy lifestyle advocate and endless encourager.
I help women and families restore their health one small change at a time. Together we will uncover which aspects of your health and wellness need the most attention, as well as focus on new areas that are often missed.
I understand the challenges that come with maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst the demands of modern life. That’s why it is my mission to simplify health & wellness so more people can begin to feel better.
I believe far too many of us are overwhelmed by what to do to improve our health. Many are given incorrect information and gimmicky quick fixes, leaving us exhausted, stuck in analysis paralysis and not making any progress toward feeling better.

What I Offer
Private Nutritional Therapy Consultations
1:1 Calls involving a review of your health goals, intake questionnaire, as well as a thorough nutritional analysis utilizing Nutri-Q’s Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire. We also review and discuss your 3-day Food and Mood Journal. Upon completion, you will have a 1:1 recommendation call to review Sarah’s nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations.
Nutritional Therapy Packages - 3 months
Three months is a great way to start to form the lifestyle behaviors that lend to a healing environment for your body to reach the balance it is so desperately seeking. Together through our work, we will uncover the areas your body needs the most support, with a focus on digestion, blood sugar regulation, sleep, stress and nutrient dense diet. During this time, you will have my support along the way and we can adjust our sails as needed.
Nutritional Therapy Packages - 6 months
My 6-month package is the optimal way to set yourself up with a strong foundation to optimizing your health and wellness. It can take at least 3 months to start to form the lifestyle behaviors that lend to a healing environment for your body to reach the balance it is so desperately seeking. At 6 months, these healthy lifestyle behaviors become habits and are the road map, leading you toward lasting health improvements.
